The foundation was incorporated in 2006 and officially registered at
- Ghana Registrar General Department under the company code 1963(Act 179)
- Department of social welfare, NGO Charity .
- Ho Municipal Assembly as voluntary organization.
National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (NBHAAD)-International
Gosanet Foundation’s participations and contributions in NBHAAD, International played an integral part in the over all success of the NBHAAD campaign in Ghana-Africa. This motivates more Ghanaians to get tested to learn their HIV status; to get educated on the facts related to HIV and AIDS; to get involved in their local communities programmes, services and activities; and those should be living with HIV; to get treated and seek social and psychological support services that will assist in enhancing their quality and longevity of life.
Partnership/Affiliations
The organization shall seriously consider going into partnership/affiliation with local and international C.B.Os, NGOs, Non Profits and Governmental Organisations that share the same vision or goals with it, for the achievement of its aim and objectives. Sign up

- Has lack of Teaching and learning aids, resource materials and office equipments.
- Has unavailability of transport for outreach services
- Needs health care facilities and resource centre/counseling and testing center.

- HIV Counseling and testing to prevent Mother and Child transmissions (PMTCT)

Way Forward
The foundation is planning to reach as many communities in the Volta Region and Ghana as a whole, for sensitization on prevention and behavioral change communication, care and support, maternal and child health issues and training more youth and women to acquire skills.
